Job summary

Harvey is hiring experienced frontend engineers to build and evolve our frontend platform, enabling rapid, high-quality product experiences for 1000+ customers in 60+ countries. You’ll shape foundations used across user-facing apps and collaborate with product, design, and infra teams to raise the bar for performance and reliability.

You’ll influence architecture, drive shared systems, and improve developer velocity while delivering scalable solutions for a fast-growing generative AI platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale frontend systems or platform-level infrastructure.
• Ability to think in systems and abstractions, not just features.
• Track record of improving developer experience or engineering velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve shared frontend infrastructure, including our design system and developer tooling.
• Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture for scalability and performance.
• Improve developer experience and engineering velocity.
• Improve application performance and reliability.
• Partner with product teams to drive adoption of platform systems.
• Identify and reduce friction across the development lifecycle.
