Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair Front End equipment in a production environment.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with the PMR team to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in industrial maintenance/ manufacturing.
• Experience aligning machinery and using shop equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Follow safety practices and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Front End equipment (Cupper, Baler, Bodymakers).
• Perform PMs, repairs, and line troubleshooting with supervision.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor and PMR team on daily tasks and safety.
• Assist in tooling changes, equipment conversions, and washer system maintenance.
