Job summary

Augment, a FINRA-registered private markets marketplace, is expanding its frontend team to own meaningful work from day one. You’ll ship new features, surfaces, and experiences that users genuinely love, collaborating with product, design, and backend engineers to move fast and thoughtfully.

We rely on React with Next.js, TypeScript, and a home-grown component library built with shadcn/ui and Radix, plus Tailwind for styling.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with a modern component library ecosystem.
• Open to feedback and able to speak up when right.
• Curious, asks thoughtful questions and learns from mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end from design to shipping.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers daily.
• Contribute to architecture, code quality, and tooling.
• Own work end-to-end with long-term product health in mind.
