Job summary

Ever is building a fast-moving EV marketplace and platform to power the journey from EVs to broader electrification. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to own and ship impactful features that redefine the customer experience.

You will help craft roadmaps, deliver high-quality frontend products, and mentor a growing engineering team in an engineering-first culture, contributing to Ever's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for EVs, climate, and the shift toward electric mobility.
• Frontend tech stack familiarity: React, Typescript, SSR & SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering to build a generational EV platform.
• Define engineering roadmaps and deliver exceptional user experiences for the EV marketplace.
• Lead, grow, and build an engineering-first team culture.
