Job summary

Verkada is seeking software engineering interns to join our Frontend Engineering team, building frontend and mobile experiences (React and React Native) and shipping features used by customers worldwide from our San Mateo HQ.

You will work end-to-end across design, product and engineering, tackling projects from conception to delivery, and learn in a startup culture that values collaboration, design polish, and scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• Internship experience developing and launching products.
• Experience building reusable components and pixel-perfect user interfaces with CSS preprocessors.

Responsibilities

• Build best in class product experiences across the Command web platform (React) and mobile apps (React Native).
• Lead whole projects from design to implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to create delightful features.
