Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer II, Frontend (Marketing and Privacy) to build user-facing web experiences supporting marketing and privacy initiatives. You’ll partner with product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable, measurable front-end solutions and contribute to team processes and reliability.

Remote role for US-based candidates only, compensation starting at $133,000+ annually. You will collaborate across teams, help improve performance, and participate in interviews and growth

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web applications using React or Vue.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Ability to translate simple problems into multi-component solutions.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases and debugging others' code.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive feedback seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into actionable tasks and collaborate to deliver work on time.
• Support product development by working with product management, design, and analytics.
• Create and monitor metrics to help ensure operational availability of team artifacts.
• Participate in team growth activities, including the interview process.
