Job summary

Relativity Space is building an automated rocket factory and launch platform. You will contribute to the frontend platform for the operator UI, developing the application shell, design system, and a shared data layer used across teams to build features.

You will implement modules, migrate features into a unified platform, and work with real-time telemetry. You’ll partner with senior engineers, focus on performance, and advance distributed UI architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building production web applications with strong TypeScript and React.
• Experience contributing to shared frontend codebases, component libraries, or design systems used by multiple teams.
• Foundational frontend performance skills: profiling, bottlenecks, and basic optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the frontend platform for our operator UI, including the application shell, design system, and shared data layer.
• Implement frontend modules that integrate into the unified operator platform.
• Migrate features and components from separate front ends into the unified platform.
• Work with real-time telemetry data, rendering live data efficiently while meeting performance requirements.
• Learn from senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and apply best practices to improve code quality.
