Turquoise Health is hiring a frontend-leaning Software Engineer II to craft intuitive, data-rich UI experiences for healthcare pricing data. You will collaborate with product to shape UX from component level to product decisions, mainly focusing on the UI while touching backend systems as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in Python or strong experience in another language with Python exposure.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript and Vue.js.
• Expertise in a Python web framework (preferably Django) or similar in another language.
• Good understanding of SQL and how to use databases efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Django-based websites and frontend data visualization components.
• Build intuitive, data-rich UI to help users explore healthcare pricing data.
• Write scalable, well-tested code and debug as needed.
• Improve existing systems and prioritize feature requests.
