Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend or full stack software development experience.
• Strong experience building production web apps using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to contribute to user-facing features end-to-end from ideation through launch.
• Strong product sense with emphasis on intuitive and high-quality UX.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cross-stack collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into intuitive, polished user experiences, contributing to features from concept through production
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship member-facing features using modern AI-assisted development workflows
• Build and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and implement responsive, mobile-first user interfaces across devices
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to shape product and UX decisions
• Establish and promote best practices in frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and maintainability
