The role emphasizes React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and AI-powered enhancements, collaborating with Product, Research, and Data teams in an Agile setting. The position is based in Richmond, VA with in-office work Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of production development with modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Experience in Agile environments and in unit, performance and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement AI-powered software solutions that enhance the customer experience and product capabilities.
• Build and integrate AI skills, agents, tools, and intelligent workflows into internal systems and customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Data teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to front-end architecture.
