Job summary

Workbolt AI is building a Talent Network for frontend engineers to be considered for flexible contract opportunities with AI labs and technology companies. This is an open application for future projects and does not guarantee immediate work.

Engagements vary and may require roughly 15–30 hours per week with remote participation. As a frontend engineer in the network, you may work on projects involving React, Vue, or Angular, design systems, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing frontend tasks with clear product requirements.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness and accessibility.
• Proven skills across modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI design.

Responsibilities

• Design frontend tasks with architecture, responsive interfaces, state management, accessibility, testing, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate AI-generated frontend code and explanations for correctness, usability, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Develop evaluation criteria, test cases, scoring rubrics, reference implementations, and exemplar solutions.
• Provide precise technical feedback identifying defects, state-management issues, accessibility failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work independently within project instructions, document assumptions, and communicate blockers or risks.
