• Experience designing full-stack tasks spanning product requirements, frontend architecture, backend services, APIs, data models, authentication, testing, deployment.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated frontend and backend code for correctness, usability, security, and performance.
• Develop evaluation criteria, test cases, and exemplar solutions for professional-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic full-stack engineering tasks spanning product requirements, frontend architecture, backend services, APIs, data models, authentication, testing, deployment, and end-to-end performance.
• Evaluate AI-generated frontend and backend code, architectures, and explanations for correctness, usability, security, scalability, maintainability, data integrity, and production readiness.
• Develop evaluation criteria, test cases, scoring rubrics, reference implementations, and exemplar solutions that define professional-quality full-stack engineering work.
• Provide precise technical feedback identifying UI defects, API mismatches, data-modeling errors, security weaknesses, performance bottlenecks, weak abstractions, incomplete tests, or deployment risks.
• Work independently within project instructions and quality standards, document assumptions and dependencies, incorporate reviewer feedback, meet deadlines, and promptly communicate blockers or risks.
