State Farm is seeking a frontend engineer to develop and support the Hercules Rep Desktop, shaping its evolution toward Angular, micro-frontends, and module federation. You will drive engineering practices and data-driven product development while collaborating with Claims, Operations, and other teams to deliver robust contact center solutions.

Required are 3+ years of frontend experience with Angular/React, AWS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code skills.

Competenze

• Three years of frontend development experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).
• Experience with AWS services and contact center technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of responsive UI/UX and testing practices.

Develop and support the Hercules Rep Desktop and contribute to the platform’s evolution toward Angular, micro-frontends, and module federation. Drive engineering practices and data-informed product development while collaborating with Claims, Operations, and other teams to deliver contact center solutions.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of frontend development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React, plus working experience with AWS services and contact center technologies. Candidates should also have experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools, understand responsive UI/UX and testing practices, and demonstrate independent execution, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving.
