iCapital is seeking a frontend-focused Associate to join the Structured Investments & Annuities Technology team. You will build the frontend of our platform in ReactJS, working on new features, bug fixes, and UX improvements, collaborating with Product Management and UX Design throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on with React.
• 1+ years of test automation development.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Able to solve problems proactively.
• Able to work independently or as part of a group effort, as required.
• Collaborative approach to software development.

Responsibilities

• Build application features and reusable UI components in React 18+.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Use modern frontend state management technologies like React Query, Redux, and hooks.
• Active participation in recurring stand-up meetings, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Participate in thorough Peer Code Reviews as part of our standard SDLC and Change Management Process.
• Participate in support and deployment rotations.
