Reddit is seeking a frontend engineer with a product mindset to join the Brand Ad Formats team. You will build ad experiences, collaborate with product, design, and engineering to create powerful, data-driven formats, and take ownership of design, development, QA, and deployment across the stack.

The role emphasizes data-heavy, highly responsive apps, code quality, automated testing, and excellent communication in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Web Engineering experience.
• Experience building data-intensive, highly responsive apps.
• Experience with automated testing, code quality and observability.
• Strong code-review skills and openness to feedback.
• Experience using GenAI tools to boost productivity.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build ad experiences and patterns for Reddit’s web app to improve ads’ performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to implement sophisticated solutions.
• Own the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, and deploy.
