Job summary

Idi Insulation is seeking a Software Developer and Product Support to develop, enhance, and support web and mobile applications, delivering intuitive user experiences for internal and external customers.

The role blends front-end development, product support, and customer engagement by designing interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations; integrating solutions with APIs and back-end services; and using AI-assisted coding platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development.
• Exposure to mobile development concepts (iOS/Android or cross-platform) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end components for web and mobile apps.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and interactive interfaces for data-driven apps.
• Integrate front-end with back-end services and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, and customers in Agile sprints.
• Provide technical support and training; maintain documentation and tutorials.
