Job summary

Socket.dev in Minnesota is hiring a Software Developer and Product Support to build and improve web and mobile apps, delivering intuitive user experiences for internal and external customers. You will work on front-end development, product support, and customer engagement, designing interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations, and integrating APIs with back-end services.

You'll collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, and customers in Agile sprints, oversee testing and feature

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of professional frontend or full-stack development experience.
• Exposure to mobile development concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Application Development: design, test, and maintain front-end components for web/mobile apps using modern frameworks.
• Product Development & Agile Delivery: participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and feature delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & User Experience: work with consultants, stakeholders, and designers for seamless UX.
• Customer Support & SME: act as SME, provide training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Product Monitoring & Business Partnership: track delivery, usage, and coordinate with Sales/IT/Management.
