Web Design and User Experience Specialist (Full-time)

Compensation

Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location. International pay ranges are provided based on location and experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated web layouts, components, and visual elements.


• Review and refine AI outputs to ensure aesthetic appeal, clarity, and functional design.


• Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation workflows related to layout, typography, color, and interaction design.


• Provide feedback on AI-generated designs to enhance responsiveness, usability, and modern web standards.


• Apply current design trends and best practices to guide AI development in user interface and experience design.


• Support continuous improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance workflow efficiency.
