Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own core user journeys, collaborating with Engineering and Product to implement features and refine UX. You will shape a modern visual language inspired by Notion, powered by Tailwind, and work closely with the Head of Design to define Mercor’s design culture.

You will help users navigate the product with clarity and ensure a delightful, intuitive experience as Mercor scales in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with visual polish and UX depth.
• Intuitive and beautiful product design mindset.
• 4+ years in product design at startups or high-bar teams.
• Autonomous working style; able to operate independently.
• Bonus: AI-driven products or marketplaces experience.

What you'll do
