Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Corporate Designer for aesthetics projects on a contract basis. This remote role requires about 10 hours per week at a rate of 85–100 USD per hour.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated deliverables, refining standout work to reference quality, and justifying design decisions with concrete evidence. You will shape how AI outputs mature into polished client materials.

Qualifications

• Must have a background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work specialization.
• Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies.
• Strong opinions on business deliverable quality, articulated in writing.
• Access to Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
