You'll work with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, Astro.js, GSAP, and Three.js, and help bring to life creative ideas that push boundaries. You’ll also contribute to both custom-built sites and Webflow-powered projects, while staying mindful of performance, accessibility, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites that look great across all devices.
- Read Figma files and translate them into clean, accurate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement thoughtful animation, haptics, and movement using libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.
- Work with APIs from various systems and services to power interactive site features.
- Build and integrate with headless CMS platforms like Sanity, Strapi, and Contentful.
- Ensure all builds follow WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Use Git and version control systems to manage collaborative codebases and workflow.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
- Be open and excited to learn Webflow—we’ll support your ramp-up for select projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Next.js, and curiosity for tools like Astro.js or Three.js.
- Comfortable with version control (Git) and modern dev tools.
- Ability to interpret Figma files with precision and translate design intent to the browser.
- Understanding of WCAG standards and a commitment to accessibility.
- Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Appreciation for thoughtful UX, clean code, and high performance.
- Bonus: familiarity or interest in Webflow and its ecosystem.
The Kind Of Person Who Thrives Here
- Self-motivated and proactive—you take ownership and follow through.
- Curious and eager to learn, especially in unfamiliar areas.
- Strong communicator, especially in remote, async settings.
- Collaborative, but comfortable working solo when needed.
- Obsessed with craft—you care about quality, precision, and pushing creative boundaries.
