Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards and resolves customer issues.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, hire, train and mentor associates.
• Ensure customer service standards align with One Best Way and EDLP/EDLC models.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales goals.
