Job summary

Navisoft is seeking a Frontend Architect with 8-10 years of experience to plan, design, and integrate new software and web applications within the TPX organization. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive technical quality across customer-facing and employee-facing systems.

Responsibilities include creating documentation, evaluating new approaches, and guiding builds and releases in an Agile environment. Strong React/TypeScript skills needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs in a modern web stack.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Solid JavaScript fundamentals.
• Understanding of the TypeScript type system.
• Proficiency in React using hooks API.
• Experience with build tools (transpilers, bundlers, minifiers).
• Knowledge of React Router and Axios.
• Tailwind CSS, Remix, and XState experience a plus.
• Database management experience.
• Node.js experience.
• Strong Git skills.
• Solid understanding of web standards (HTML, CSS, HTTP, Browser APIs, REST).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements.
• Design new software and web applications, support those under development, and customize existing applications.
• Assist with software updates and releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including software designs, test results, and manuals.
• Evaluate competitive applications and stay current with industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure applications meet specifications.
