Clyde’s Tower Oaks Lodge, part of Clyde’s Restaurant Group, seeks a Server/Front Waiter in Rockville, MD. The role includes serving duties, occasional bar shifts for those with bartending experience, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest service in a busy restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the restaurant.
• Inform guests about menu choices and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to bar and kitchen using the POS system.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately.
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests.
• Bus tables and reset for next courses.
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, and make change.
• Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
• Extend closing greetings as guests depart.

Pay Range: $1000 - $1500 / week

This is primarily a Server/Front-Waiter position. Candidates with prior bartending experience may also be scheduled for occasional bar shifts based on business. Candidates without bartending experience will be considered for serving only.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SERVER / FRONT WAITER

• Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant
• Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions
