Clyde's Restaurant Group is seeking a Server/Front Waiter for Rye Street Tavern in Baltimore, offering flexible part-time, full-time, and on-call schedules. The role emphasizes welcoming guests, menu recommendations, POS order relay, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions.
• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the POS system.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately.
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests.
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course.
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change.
• Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
• Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage.
