Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a Loss Prevention Support role at our Chicopee, MA location. You will help deter theft, support store safety, and assist management in daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Ability to read store policies and procedures.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
