Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and ensure safety.
• Wear a uniform with a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist with requests as needed.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
