MGM Resorts International is seeking a Front Services Supervisor for MGM National Harbor. You will lead the Front Services team, dispatch drivers, and coordinate with Valet to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

You will uphold service standards and support guest experiences that reflect the MGM brand. The ideal candidate has 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of supervisory hospitality or transportation experience.

You will manage a team of limo drivers and dispatchers who are responsible for providing guests transportation services. You will ensure that trips are being assigned and fulfilled efficiently and be the point of contact for property departments.
