The Server is responsible for delivering an elevated dining experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to each guest. • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.


• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least sixteen years old (18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages).


• Previous experience as a server preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, often for the duration of a full shift.


• Capability to lift, carry, and balance trays, plates, and service items weighing up to 25-30 pounds.


• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling to provide service and set up or clear tables.


• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, flatware, and small service items with precision and care.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.


• Clear verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members in a busy dining room.


• Capability to navigate crowded spaces safely and efficiently.


• Tolerance for varying temperatures, including warm dining rooms and proximity to kitchen areas.
