Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is seeking a Front Retail Associate at the Cosner's Corner location. You will receive payments from customers, assist donors, and prepare textiles for sale while ensuring clean, attractive displays and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, following cash handling procedures, stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and supporting other store functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Retail or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Replenish and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Safeguard store property and follow security policies.
• Assist in additional store functions and cross-train as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
