• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on front office transformation and revenue growth.
• Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client leadership.
• Lead executive workshops, interviews, strategy sessions, and design discussions.
• Develop executive-level recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client satisfaction.
• Provide oversight across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery.
• Support governance forums and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to practice growth through business development, thought leadership, and talent development.
