Job summary

Grandview Analytics, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst - Investment Operations & Technology to support client engagements across data management, technology, and operational improvements for financial services clients. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in office in Chicago or NYC, and requires direct employment status in the US.

You will work on projects involving investment data across middle and back-office functions, with a focus on data-derived insights, process improvements, and platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment operations and technology in middle/back office.
• Strong understanding of fixed income and equity lifecycles.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, and transformation workflows.
• Familiarity with BI tools for reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and document them clearly.
• Assess current state and define data, analytics, and technology improvement plans.
• Develop data migration and testing strategies for go-live platforms.
• Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making.
