The Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our global Front Office Support & Automation team in the US focused on Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income (DMFI) trading support. The Front Office Support team serves as a liaison between the 3rd party trading vendors we use as part of Front Office Trading, our internal teams, and the end-users of these systems. This team serves as the first point of contact for any Production related outages and daily queries with these systems. The role also includes project management work, for example coordinating all relevant Tech and Business teams to onboard new trading applications, and holistic value-add items to improve and uplift the overall DMFI Production environment.
The Front Office Support Engineer will focus on providing technical support for our global DMFI Portfolio Managers, Traders and the rest of the investment team. You will also be responsible for working alongside the COO to onboard new portfolio managers, troubleshoot technical trading issues, helping Trading Assistants and Operations to resolve trade failures. A successful candidate will also help automate and optimize our processes and run projects we take on to enhance our vendor platforms.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $140,000 and $160,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
