Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers (STRIC) seeks an experienced front desk supervisor to oversee patient registration and front office operations at the San Antonio facility. You will manage staff, ensure accuracy of deposits, uphold safety and conduct policies, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preference for 2 years radiology or medical office experience.
• Experience supervising front desk or clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
• Arrange temporary coverage as needed.
• Review daily productivity reports and coach staff.
• Rotate and schedule staff as needed.
• Perform audits of daily deposits and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain cash/change fund and manage patient payments.
• Uphold Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
