Job summary

Southwest Medical Imaging, LTD is seeking a Medical Registration Supervisor to oversee daily front desk and patient registration operations. This role supervises staff, supports the Medical Registration Manager and Site Manager, and maintains a positive, customer-focused work environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills while ensuring policy compliance and exceptional service to patients and physicians.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Healthcare experience preferred (2+ years).
• 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk and patient registration operations.
• Supervise and mentor registration staff; track performance and evaluations.
• Address patient and staff concerns; promote a positive customer-focused environment.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training front desk staff.
• Maintain staff performance logs; monitor accuracy, productivity, and service levels.
• Prepare weekly deposits and ensure coverage during absences.
• Communicate and implement front desk changes and staffing plans.
