Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk workflow, scheduling, check-in/check-out to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure courteous phone coverage and address patient needs by front office staff.
• Coordinate staffing for locations, including breaks and coverage.
• Assist with orientation and training to maintain coverage during vacations or illness.
• Collaborate with Administrator to select and evaluate front office staff.
• Promote positive customer service and respond to complaints promptly.
