Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport seeks a driven Front Office/Guest Services Manager to coordinate exceptional reception, registration and account settlement for guests. You will supervise Front Desk, Shuttle and Door staff, train team members and enforce IHG standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will monitor occupancy, assist with yield strategies and ensure compliance with all hotel policies while maintaining a welcoming lobby and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years hotel operations management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong leadership and guest service abilities.
• Knowledge of property management systems and related software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk services and guest registration, rooming and account settlement.
• Supervise Front Desk, Shuttle and Door staff; train and evaluate employees.
• Ensure guest requests and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Maintain occupancy data and assist yield management strategies.
• Communicate hotel facilities and hours to guests; ensure lobby and front desk area are pristine.
• Recruit, interview and onboard Guest Services staff; monitor performance.
