Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support and supervise front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily hotel activity.

You sẽ lead Front Desk and Bell staff, review arrivals and reservations, brief the team daily, manage guest data, and assist with policy rollouts and training while upholding professional standards. This role also offers growth within the Front Office.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry.
• High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Office staff to ensure policies followed while welcoming guests.
• Review daily arrivals and look at business on book at least seven days out.
• Hold shift briefings to communicate daily events, VIPs, and updated policies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlet offerings, facilities, and local events.
• Balance house and room types/rates; ensure correct revenue settlement.
