Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection is seeking a Front Office Assistant/Front Desk Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager. You will greet guests at check-in, assist with check-out, and ensure a courteous, efficient experience during their stay.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, coordinating room assignments, communicating with Housekeeping and Engineering, and applying yield management to maximize revenue while maintaining accurate financial records and safety

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during check-in/check-out and throughout their stay in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist in supervising front desk agents, supervisors, guest service staff, concierge, and PBX operators, including scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to manage room assignments and special requests.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with yield management to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate financial transactions and cash handling per policy.
• Support programs to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or hotel leadership.
