In Marianske Lazne, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, featuring the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and the rooftop "pod oblaky” Lifestyle Bar. The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be thePürovel Spa & Sport, combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Marianske Lazne.
FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR (m/f)

We’re looking for a Front Office Supervisor who is ready to lead, share knowledge and grow to the next level. Whether you’re an experienced receptionist ready for a new challenge, or you already work in a similar role and want to be part of an international hotel concept – this could be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
What will be your role?
First impressions are key – your approach and overview will ensure that every guest leaves feeling exceptionally well cared for.
• Administration and system work
You will work with the hotel system, manage reservations, payments, and room assignments (including VIP guests and groups).
• Cross-departmental cooperation
You will ensure the smooth transfer of information between shifts and departments – housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Building a culture of quality and loyalty
You will help set service standards, resolve even the most challenging situations, and motivate the team to actively participate in the ALL loyalty program.
• Team support and coordination
You will be a mentor, support, and coordinator for your colleagues – helping them manage operations and unexpected situations.
• Training and development of colleagues
You will ensure high-quality onboarding of newcomers and help more experienced colleagues to grow further.
• Cooperation on the opening of the hotel
You will participate in setting up processes, systems, and standards even before the opening – we are creating something exceptional from scratch.
• Ensuring top-notch service for guests
