AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the PACE program. You will oversee nursing care and supervise clinical staff, coordinating with disciplines and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a CA RN license, 2+ years in geriatric nursing, 1+ year supervisory experience, and bilingual abilities preferred (English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin). BLS certification or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current California RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually
