Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to center staff.
• Coordinate with imaging staff and relay scanner status.
• Maintain lobby organization and assist with general office tasks.
• Enter and submit patient orders; schedule referrals and inspections.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certifications for exams.
