Please note, this role is a part-time position - 40 hours biweekly, rotating shifts.
To create an excellent and memorable patient experience regarding food service at Jefferson by obtaining food preferences and menu selections from patients and inputting selections into a computer utilizing CBORD software. Responsibilities also include anticipating patient needs regarding food service, assembling meals that are elegantly presented, and serving patients in a kind, courteous, and friendly manner.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written assignments. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates competency in basic computer skills. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs of the customer. Demonstrates the ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requires good time management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
