LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Albuquerque, New Mexico who is in search of a friendly receptionist to join their team! This job holds a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. The hourly rate is between $18/hr-$20/hr DOE.

The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or front desk experience and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and basic office software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable and punctual
