Job summary

UCI Health seeks an experienced clinic registration supervisor to manage front office operations, payroll coordination and scheduling oversight. You will interview, hire, and guide staff while ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to travel to off-site clinics and handle payroll-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience registering patients in a hospital or clinic, or working in medical billing or as a Medical Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop and staff the clinic's registration/reception.
• Interview, hire, discipline and terminate staff per policy.
• Train, orient and conduct in-services for front office staff.
