Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient professionally and timely.
• Answer telephones efficiently and screen calls.
• Schedule and maintain patient appointments electronically.
• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Verify eligibility for major insurance carriers.
• Inform and collect copayments or balances at registration.
• Perform daily cash-out and balancing.
• Liaison between patients and staff, keeping everyone informed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance regarding patient information.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
