The New York Hilton Midtown is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager to join our team.

Located in the heart of NYC, our hotel boasts over 1800 rooms and is close to attractions like Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, and Broadway. Our guests can access tips, tickets, and travel assistance at the theater and transportation desk.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of front office management experience at a similarly sized property, Local 6 union experience, and full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Overnights

Salary Rate: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

What will I be doing?

As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Fostering team spirit through leadership and guidance
  • Interviewing, selecting, and training Front Office and Housekeeping staff
  • Supervising work performance and conducting room inspections
  • Communicating effectively with staff and guests
  • Managing operations during stress and emergencies, resolving guest concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with Hilton standards
  • Providing coaching and conducting performance reviews
