The New York Hilton Midtown is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager to join our team.

Located in the heart of NYC, our hotel offers over 1800 rooms and proximity to attractions like Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, and Broadway. Our staff can assist with tips, tickets, and travel around the city.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of front office management experience at a similarly sized property, Local 6 union experience, and full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Overnights

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the front office team, fostering team spirit.
  • Interview, hire, train, and supervise front office and housekeeping staff; perform room inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests, providing clear instructions and addressing concerns.
  • Manage operations during stressful situations or emergencies, resolving guest issues with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton standards to maintain high guest service quality.
  • Coach and evaluate team members, conducting performance reviews as needed.
