Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager for the Greater Cleveland Area. You will supervise Front Office and Food & Beverage associates, while enforcing hotel policies and guiding guest service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering superior guest experiences in a full-time on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years related experience in guest services, front desk or related professional area.
• Proven customer service and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office and Food & Beverage associates and direct staff according to policies and procedures.
• Assign duties and shifts; observe performance to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain cash and key control procedures and handle inquiries about hotel services and hours.
• Attend staff meetings and help improve guest service and operational efficiency.
• Perform Front Desk and Food & Beverage duties as needed; ensure standards are met.
