Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in guest services or front desk.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Proven customer service and staff management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office and Bistro associates and direct work activities.
• Interview, hire and train associates per policies.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction targets.
• Perform Front Desk and Bistro duties as needed.
• Forecast occupancy and assist with department budget and payroll.
